(Vision given to Prophet Bobby Conner)

Several years ago, Rev. Betty Amante gave me a judge’s gavel. I think the prophetic action was to bring order to some disorder, but as my friend has the gift of prophecy, when I read Prophet Bobby Conner’s vision of God’s gavel, I immediately remembered the gavel given to me by prophetess Bet Amante.
For those who are reading the message today and do not have the visual, I have on a table in front of the pulpit, a gavel, a display Bible, and a well-worn Bible.
As most of you are aware, Brother Conner has been receiving a visitation of the Lord on the Day of Atonement prior to the New Year for the past twenty-eight years. He was called and commissioned to publish the visions by a visitation of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ezekiel 20: 37-38: I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant: I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me; I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn (K.J.V.).
I have often preached of a vision I had in 1999 about the Shepherd’s Rod: Vision given to Carolyn Sissom. I had recently started the church in Texas. In the vision, "I saw the Lord Jesus standing at the gate in a red robe with an out-stretched rod. He was standing under the big oak tree. Through the gate, sheep were coming in passing under the rod. Just down the road, there was a broken place in the fence. The sheep coming in through there were lost."
The 2023 Shepherd’s Rod is more intense than any vision I have ever been blessed to receive. We won’t have time today to share the vision of the Host of Heaven and the warring angels; the Golden Glory Cloud with walls of revelation, the winds of living fire, the dancing Liquid Light, or Bobby’s invitation to the throne room and the meeting with the Ancient of Days. He stepped into the Living Lights in the scripture: 1 John 1: 6-7: If we walk in he light as He is in the Light we will have fellowship one with another.”
If we are to walk with God, we too must seek to be pure and without self-seeking ambition. The Lord warned in this experience that for every ounce of self-promotion that we engage in we will reap a pound of shame.

This year’s encounter (2022) is different than any before to say the least! I received a Divine visitation 90 days before the Day of Atonement.
This year’s revelation is evidence of this fact: “The Body of Christ will discover much more concerning the awesome justice of God.”
Saturday, July 2, 2022, 8:00 am. I am working in my office in Texas. My heart is stirred and rejoicing, praying the Lord for it is raining. “Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the rain! Let it rain!” In Texas the temperature has been over 100 degrees.
To my surprise, the atmosphere suddenly filled with a powerful, electrifying anointing, and the Spirit of Truth asked me an extraordinary question; “Bobby do you know the theme and thrust of this year’s Shepherd’s Rod?”
Stunned, I replied, “No, I don’t know.” To which the Spirit of Truth stated in a pleasant tone, “I do!” “Do you want to know?” I quickly replied, “Yes Lord!”
“THE GAVEL OF GOD; Discovering the Justice of God.”
I was instructed to type in google a search of “The Gavel of God.” Up popped an encounter I had experienced 14 years before. It was called:
“Bobby Conner and the Gavel of God” November 14, 2008:
It is 3:00 a.m. I see a large figure appear in my room. The room is almost dark, so I am straining my eyes, trying to focus on whom has entered my room.
Suddenly, as if ten thousand flash bulbs exploded at one moment, this Divine messenger erupts into brilliant light. The light is so intense that I am blinded for some time.
This Heavenly messenger is glowing with radiant light and the Bright Messenger speaks saying, “Follow me!” (It was a command not a suggestion.) Suddenly, without effort, I am dressed and ready to go.
We go through my bedroom door. I am expected to be in the hallway. However, we step into a heavenly hallway into beauty that is indescribable.
We are standing in a narrow passageway that is straight and extremely long. This is a beautiful passageway – pearl white in color with bright lights, It was as if I could see the passageway running for endless miles. The corridor was straight and narrow with strong arches, there was a breath-taking beauty about the place.
Matthew 7:14: Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.
The Messenger said, “We are going there.” Speaking about the end of the passageway. I was thinking, “this could take a long time to walk that far.” He touched my arm and in a split second, we are floating above the floor about eight inches. Faster than the speed of light, we are now at the end of the extremely long passageway.
We are standing in front of what appears to be a living wall of bright liquid light. The wall was alive and moving right in front of us. The Messenger extends his right arm and points his finger toward the wall of living, liquid light. Suddenly, the wall of light parts, and from the floor a bolt of living light shoots upward, making a firm pedestal. On the top of the pedestal appears an extremely beautiful bible.
The Messenger spoke in a strong commanding voice: “Take this.” He extended his hand, holding a solid brown wooden gavel. It was much like one a judge would use in a courtroom. I was going to take it from him with my left hand, but he said, “No, put it in your right hand.”
I was instructed to take the gavel and strike the closed Bible. It was apparent that this bible was new and had not been used for study, but more for ornamentation and decoration.
I lift the gavel and bring it down with force on the closed Bible.
It seemed as if a huge bolt of lightning stuck within the room. The entire place is filled with sparks of golden and blue light. It was as if bolts of brilliant blue lightning were flashing.
I was startled and stunned at the loud sound and blinding flashes. Out of these blinding flashes of blue light many angels had gathered. I could hear what sounded like thunder; the heavens were rolling with distant thunder. The sound of thunder was the massive hosts of angels assembling around the Living Word.
Slowly I was able to see and hear again, at which point the bible appeared to take on life. It began to pulsate and beat like the beating of a heart – slowly and faintly at first, then it began to grow faster and more intense.
Soon if was the rhythm of a strong, pounding heart. With each beat, the Bible grew more and more alive and then it was opened. However, the appearance of the bible had now changed; it no longer looked new, but appeared well-worn and much used.
With each beat, great bright light sprang from the open bible. The light springing forth from the Word would reveal Christ the King in his splendor and magnificence and majesty. Truly Christ Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
I asked the Messenger what this meant and he said “This is the year of the OPEN BOOK!”
We must devote ourselves to getting into the word of God, in a deeper and more earnest manner. Truly this is what we need to be prepared for what is coming. We must make every decision based on the Living Word of God. By doing so, we will discover the justice and judgments of God!
It is important that we know the “Living Word,” not just the printed word. It is the “now, Rhema Word” we need to hear and follow.
The wall of light speaks of us drawing near, approaching the Secret place of the Most High.
The Open Living Bible means it is time to go deeper into the word of God. It is imperative that we study the Word of God, and we direct our steps in the Word of God.
The wood gavel speaks of God’s authority of the Word. Authority depicts or portrays the right to command, or the power to administrate. Also, this gavel speaks of God’s justice and judgments that will result in us seeking answers from the word of God giving clear guidance to difficult situations. The right hand speaks of power.
The bolts of blue lightning signify the release of Divine Power. The blue light speaks of revelations being released.
The Bible comes alive, revealing the King in His majesty. The body of Christ must experience the Open Bible. The Bright Messenger, the long, beautiful passageway and the gavel of God speak of God’s justice and verdicts.
Scripture states that that Truth (The Bible, the Word of God) has fallen in the street. The Body of Christ must rescue Truth so that Truth can rescue us.
Isa. 55:14-15: Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off. For truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So, truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no justice.
Pray for our nation and the nations of the world. Our nation is under the curses revealed in Isaiah 5:20:
Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent and shrewd in their own sight.
Yes, this is a season (2023) that the Lord is revealing His awesome justice! Gavel speaks of a judgment rendered or a verdict given.
The Almighty God has rendered His verdict on behalf of His Saints. Therefore, we will arise and advance and take back all the devil has stolen. We will possess the Kingdom.
We will see the Body of Christ mobilized into a powerful army, advance the King in His Kingdom. Greater is the power of Almighty God within us than all the powers of darkness against us.
This is a time to be bold and brave, putting on the whole armor of God to take our stand against the wiles of the devil. We will bind up demons and set captives free. God will display His awesome power in these days of recovery and taking back everything the foe has stolen. This is not a time to be timid and fearful; we must be bold and brave.
Joshua 1:9: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, be not afraid, neither be dismayed; for the LORD your God with you wherever you go.
We are going to understand more concerning the Divine power that available for us as we embrace the gavel of God and the Divine verdict of God. The time has come for the saints to mobilize and possess the Kingdom.
Isaiah 5:16: The Lord Almighty will be exalted by His justice. (Isa. 5;16 (NIV).
The ensuing visions are a clear decree from heaven that Almighty God renders verdict on behalf of Saints.
Daniel 7: 21-22: I was watching; and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them, until the Ancient of Days came, and a judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom.
The verdict of Almighty God changes everything! The announcement has been given that the Saints of God will arise and take possession of the Kingdom.
